Valemount is a great place to live. With the right leadership and a hardworking team it will only get better. The question for the next council is this: as Valemount changes, how do we keep it great? How do we keep it family friendly? How do we ensure there are good local jobs? How do we keep living here affordable for seniors and everyone? Valemount is gaining fame as a great place to live, but if we lose good paying jobs and the costs of living increases alongside the cost of housing and there are no available rentals... will we continue to be successful? We need to address these issues.
